Create added value for your customers and prospects—expand your network and meet them in person at the trade fair.
Log in to the portal and send out the link found under “guests”; this allows your current and potential customers to register for the trade fair free of charge and receive a 50% discount on the conference. When customers use your link, it shows up in the exhibitor portal, where you can schedule meetings ahead of the fair. If you wish to purchase conference tickets for your own team, you can also use the link to get a 50% discount.

Your username is the email address provided when booking the stand, and you chose the password yourselves. If you do not have a password, you can have it sent to you using the “Forgot Password” button.

Under “Personnel,” enter the details of the people who will be staffing the stand. It is important to do this before the trade fair so that exhibitor badges can be printed quickly upon arrival on move-in day. Under “Guests,” you can invite existing and potential customers to the fair. Visitors who register using your personal link will be compiled in a list within your exhibitor portal.

Here are some tips for a successful trade show appearance!
Includes a checklist and ideas for driving traffic to your booth.

Succeed at our meeting places

Use our tips to get the most out of your participation.

Meeting people face-to-face is one of the most effective forms of marketing and relationship building. With a well-planned strategy, your participation can strengthen your brand, generate new business opportunities, and deliver tangible results. Success requires both our efforts as organizers and your active engagement before, during, and after the trade fair.

Here you will find tips to help you prepare and make the most of the opportunities our meeting places offer. Set clear goals, use the tools and services we provide, and be proactive in your networking—this increases your chances of leaving the trade fair with both new contacts and new business.

Set goals and plan for success

A successful trade show appearance begins with clear goals and a well-thought-out plan. Your goals should be realistic, measurable, and understood by everyone on the team. Consider what matters most to you—sales, new contacts, brand building, or product launches—and let that guide your activities. Once the goals are set, plan how to achieve them. Think through what you want to convey, how you will gain visibility, and how you will generate engagement. The better the preparation, the greater the results.
Things to consider:

  • Define measurable goals, e.g., number of leads, strengthening relationships with existing customers, new contacts, brand awareness, or sales.
  • Formulate a clear message and plan activities for the stand.
  • Ensure that the staff is informed and engaged.
  • Decide how the follow-up will be handled before the trade fair even begins.

Create engaging activities for your booth

An active booth attracts more visitors and gives you the chance to create meaningful interactions. Choose activities that support your goals and give visitors a reason to stay and talk to you. It is a good idea to promote the activities in advance.

Promote your booth on social media.

Social media is a powerful channel for building anticipation and driving traffic to the stand. Start communicating early, before the trade fair, and be clear about what visitors can expect to experience at your stand.

  • Let people know that you are exhibiting and what is happening at the stand.
  • Present activities, offers, and news
  • Tag the trade fair’s account or link to the website.
  • Post photos and videos during the days of the fair.

Invite your customers and contacts

We are conducting a broad marketing campaign for the entire trade fair, but you are the primary link to your specific customers and your network. Personally inviting them increases the likelihood that they will prioritize visiting your specific stand.

  • Invite your customers/prospects personally.
  • Invite using a unique link: You can find your personal guest link via the exhibitor portal. When your customers or prospects use it, they can register for the trade fair for free and also receive a 50% discount on the conference ticket.
  • Access your leads: In the exhibitor portal, you will also find the contact details of everyone you scanned at your stand using your lead scanning tool—perfect for quick and efficient follow-up after the trade show.

Succeed on-site

How the stand is staffed has a major impact on the results. Your staff are the face of your organization; their energy and commitment are immediately apparent to visitors. Ensure that everyone staffing the booth knows the goal and how to interact with visitors.

Networking and Matchmaking

Don't forget the follow-up.

The trade fair doesn’t end when the last visitor goes home—that’s when the most important work begins. Contacts have a short shelf life, and a quick follow-up increases the chances of the meeting leading to business or a collaboration.

  • Review collected leads
  • Kontakta de viktigaste personerna
  • Publish photos and content from your stand on your channels.
  • Evaluate results and document lessons learned for next time.
